Classic 5-Minute Yogurt Strawberry Banana Smoothie Recipe

My personal favorite is the protein version which I like to drink after gym to get a good kick of proteins in and have a refreshing start of the day!
The easiest and fastest classic recipe is the strawberry banana smoothie with yogurt. For the best consistency make sure to use frozen bananas and strawberries. You can substitute frozen fruits with ice as well, but that can make the smoothie a bit too liquidy and lose the sweetness of it. - 1 large peeled banana (or 2 smaller ones)
- ½ cup (76g) of strawberries (halved)
- ½ cup (120g) of greek yogurt
- ½ cup (120ml) of almond milk (or skim milk, if you’re not a fan of plant based drinks)
- ½ cup of ice (120g) *optional to skip the ice if your bananas and strawberries are frozen

For Something Extra
- 1 cup (30g) of spinach for some freshness.

- Place all ingredients into a blender
